About Me
For over a decade, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through life's challenges. Here's a little about me, my approach, and what has shaped my work.

As a curious person, I enjoy understanding how people make sense of their experiences. That curiosity shapes the way I approach therapy, helping us understand the relationships, cultures, and experiences that have formed your story.
I use a friendly, validating, kind, and collaborative approach, drawing from different therapeutic methods to meet you where you are. Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you and work toward the life you want to build.
EXPERIENCE
Aside from my private practice, I've worked in a variety of mental health settings over the last 17 years. This includes inpatient psychiatry, substance rehabilitation, suicide and crisis intervention, and medical respite serving unhoused populations.
Much of my expertise also comes from being a husband and father, experiences that continue to deepen my understanding of relationships, communication, and personal growth.
OUTSIDE OF THERAPY
Outside of therapy, I enjoy gardening, philosophy, science (and science fiction), birdwatching, experimenting in the kitchen, and continuing to learn whenever I can. Those moments of curiosity and wonder help me stay present, both in my own life and with the people I have the privilege of working alongside.
